Great that you were on Cranky Middle Manager. I attended Wayne's excellent session, 6 Weeks to a Great Webinar at NSA in blistering hot Phoenix last week.

Dean, thanks for the kind words about the 6 Weeks to a Great Webinar session in Phoenix. Trying to be coherent, let alone excellent when it's 115 degrees out is something of a challenge.
Presenting on the web is going to be a core competency for managers and anyone trying to do business in the next few years. Lisa's book is a great way for people to survey the landscape and know what they don't know- and how to learn it.
